CHARITY FUNDRAISING

Access Telemarketing supports Asthma UK with fundraising drive

Access Telemarketing have once again seured the contract to raise funds on behalf of Asthma UK. For the 8th consecutive year Access will be supporting Asthma UK by sending fundraising game packs to qualified contacts. Over a 6 month period 5000 Safari themed game packs will be sent to companies nationwide.  A dedicated team of operators will gain commitment from individuals who will then receive a fundraising pack. Access will be responsible for database management, outbound telemarketing, pack fulfilment and banking and payment processing. Carl Willimott commented "Over the past 8 years we have raised over £1 million for Asthma UK. We are pleased to be supporting Asthma UK again this year."

FIELD RESEARCH

The ILPH (Interenational League Protection Horses) have commissioned Access to undertake field research to gain a better understanding of local awareness of the charity. During a 2 week period a team of researches will speak to 500 individuals in 5 pre-determined cities/towns. Information gathered will allow the charity to gain a better understanding of public awareness and will assist in future advertising/marketing activities.

APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULING

Access Telemarketing have teamed up with national Accountancy firm Tax Assist to help secure appointments for each of its committed franchisees. Access have developed a web based diary system which allows the team of operators to secure appointments and update the franchisees in real time. After an appointment is secured the on-line diary then generates 2 confirmation letters, one which is sent on the day of the call and the other 72 hours prior to the appointment. All franchisees within the network have the facility to accees the on-line diary system and update their own appointments through Microsoft outlook. The on-line diary system also has a suite of reporting facilities to allow management to monitor the number of appointments secured within the network.

ACCESS SUPPORTS JOHNSTON PRESS

Access have recently been appointed by Johnston Press to support a drive towards 6 day reader subscriptions. Working with a web based data driven application operators can tailor a subscription offer depending on the recipients response. Residents within a specific area are contacted and offered a series of incentives to encourage them to trial the newspaper. Initial trials have proved very promising with Johnston Press looking to extend the campaign over a larger catchment area.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY RESEARCH

For a sixth consecutive year Access Telemarketing & Data Services is applying its telemarketing skills to assist local authorities with their energy efficiency improvement programmes under the auspices of the HECA (Home Energy Conservation Act). Access's experience in this field has resulted in over 135 research projects being commissioned to date.

IVR CONTRACT WIN

Access Telemarketing are supporting a London Finance house with a designated inbound brochure request service. Calls are received from individuals responding to a series of national newspaper advertisements to request further information. All calls are filtered through an IVR platform to allow data capture and transcription.

ACCESS GOES TO THE RACES

Due to the commitment and dedication shown in previous years Newmarket Racecourse have appointed Access Telemarketing to handle all booking enquiries for the increasingly popular Newmarket Nights. This year Newmarket Racecourse will be hosting 7 live events all to be handled by Access' team of dedicated staff.

ACCESS ACHIEVES CHARITY TARGET

In previous months we reported the initial success of the charity fundraising packs placed by the team of Access operators on behalf of a national charity. We are pleased to announce that thanks to a big push by the Access staff we have exceeded the 100,000 target set by the charity. The team are now working on the second fundraising pack with some very encouraging results.
